We provide free shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, an additional charge may apply. We will contact you regarding any orders with a delivery address in those locations, or you can contact us in advance to receive an estimate, by emailing [email protected].
Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes based on specific state and local tax rates and exemptions. If any tax is payable, it will be stated clearly in the price payable at checkout.
Our products ship via UPS or FedEx or, in the case of large furniture items, by freight truck via an LTL Carrier. When your order leaves the factory/warehouse, you will receive an order update email letting you know your order has shipped. If your order ships with an LTL Carrier, you will receive a tracking email that will specify the carrier website and PRO/Tracking number. Once your order arrives in the nearest destination terminal, a person will contact you to schedule a delivery window. We also can arrange for White Glove delivery for most items. Every product page states the estimated time for when an item will ship. Most of our products are custom made at the time of the order and require 3-5 weeks for production before an item ships. The estimated ship dates are based on the production of each manufacturer and can fluctuate during peak ordering seasons. Longer wait times are being experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic and we have endeavored to reflect them on our product pages. If an item encounters abnormal production times due to a change in circumstances, we will notify you via email and/or phone to explain the situation.
